Dr. Abdoulaye Ballo is Postdoctoral Researcher In Renewable Energy focus on Law and Policy at the WASCAL Competence Center, Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Dr. Ballo completed a Ph.D. in Meteorology and Climate Science at the Federal University of Technology Akure (Nigeria). He also completed an M.Sc. in Climate Change and Energy at Université Abdou Moumouni de Niamey (Niger).

His research interests focus on regional climate modeling, climate change, climate change impacts, climate dynamics, climate Change and Energy, and Renewable Energy focus on Green Hydrogen. He has authored 2 peer-reviewed publications and also co-authored 2 peer-reviewed publications in international climate journals.
