H2ATLAS-AFRICA project is a joint initiative of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and African partners in the Sub-Saharan region (SADC and ECOWAS countries) to explore the potentials of hydrogen production from the renewable energy sources within the sub-regions. Learn more

The results of the H2Atlas for West Africa are already available. Enormous potential for the production of green hydrogen exists throughout the region. The production "hot spots" can be viewed in the interactive map. More results will be added.
