The most important goals of H2 Atlas-Africa - Dr. Agbo in an interview with deutschland.de

About a year ago, the H2 Atlas-Africa project was launched. During this time, the project has already received a lot of attention. This is no coincidence, as the goal of H2 Atlas-Africa is nothing less than to explore the potential for green energy in West Africa and countries in Southern Africa. More specifically, the scientists from Jülich are working with their local African partners to identify locations that are suitable for building infrastructures to produce green hydrogen. CO2-neutral hydrogen is to be produced from sunshine and wind, which will primarily supply the population of the African countries with electricity. The surplus of hydrogen produced in this way will also supply Germany with green energy.

In the interview, Dr. Solomon Agbo explains the goals and the procedure within the project. Readable on the website deutschland.de
